Cancellation Policy – Mežica Bike & Ski Tours

As this is a privately arranged transportation service, the cost of the vehicle and driver remains the same regardless of the number of passengers travelling. The price of the trip therefore remains the same whether only one person is travelling or the vehicle is fully occupied.

For this reason, cancellation with a refund is not possible.

If a passenger cancels their participation, their payment remains non-refundable, as the cost of the private vehicle and driver does not decrease as a result of the cancellation and cannot be reduced.

A refund of the amount paid is possible only if another passenger is found to take the cancelled passenger’s place and replace the cancelling passenger. In this case, the original passenger may receive a refund of the amount paid, less any costs associated with changing the reservation or administrative processing.

The passenger may find a replacement passenger themselves; however, the replacement must be approved in advance by Mežica Bike & Ski Tours. The replacement passenger must accept all tour terms and conditions and pay any applicable costs.

If Mežica Bike & Ski Tours must cancel the entire tour due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or a credit toward a future tour.
