Day 2 – December 8

Graz Christmas Market – Austria

Driving Distance:

Explore festive Graz.

 Austrian pastries and warm drinks

 Traditional market stalls

 Historic old town decorated for the holidays

Return to Mežica.

Day 3 – December 9

Slovenj Gradec Christmas Experience – Slovenia

Today enjoy a slower local day and experience one of Slovenia’s charming smaller Christmas celebrations.

Explore:

 Seasonal Christmas lights and festive village atmosphere

 Enjoy coffee and local desserts

 Walk the decorated old town streets

 Optional warm seasonal drinks and relaxed holiday time

Enjoy free time for shopping, photos, and soaking in the holiday atmosphere before returning to Mežica.

Varaždin + Zagreb Christmas Markets – Croatia

Explore Croatia’s festive season.

Return to Mežica.

Day 5 – December 11

Ljubljana Christmas Market – Slovenia

Explore:

Return to Mežica.

Day 6 – December 12

Trieste Christmas Market → Venice Staging Hotel

(Check out of Mežica)

 

Enjoy your final Christmas market.

Day 7 – December 13

Departure Day

Transfer to Venice Marco Polo Airport for return flights.

Mezica BNB is your host and tour operator .  For your 6 night stay with locally sources breakfast and your transfer from first hotel by Venice Airport to the drop off Hotel by Venice Airport . You can reserve your spot by emailing.

Important Information & Disclaimer

This is a specialty small-group tour limited to only six guests. Because of the intimate nature of this experience, transportation, accommodation, and services are reserved specifically for our group.

We carefully design every itinerary to provide the best possible Christmas experience; however, we reserve the right to adjust the schedule, driving routes, activities, or destinations due to circumstances beyond our control.

Winter weather in Central Europe can be unpredictable. In the event of heavy snowfall, icy roads, or unsafe alpine driving conditions, we may modify planned routes and replace certain mountain drives with safer scenic alternatives or alternative Christmas market experiences.

Our priority is always the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our guests while still providing a memorable and authentic European Christmas experience.

Booking & Cancellation Terms

A €200 non-refundable deposit per person is required to reserve your place.

The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.

Reservations made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Accommodation Cancellation

The accommodation portion of your booking may be refunded up to 14 days before arrival, less the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the accommodation can be successfully rebooked.

Private Van & Driver Cancellation Policy

As this is a small-group specialty tour, the cost of the private van and driver is divided equally between the six guests.

When you reserve your place, a seat in the vehicle and the driver’s services are secured specifically for you.

If you cancel and your seat cannot be filled by another guest, the transportation/driver portion of your payment is non-refundable, as these costs remain committed to the group.

Any PayPal or payment processing fees are also non-refundable.

If your space is successfully filled by another paying guest, eligible refunds will be issued less the non-refundable deposit and payment processing fees.

Price Adjustment Disclaimer

Tour pricing is based on current accommodation rates, fuel costs, transportation expenses, and exchange rates.

We reserve the right to make reasonable price adjustments should significant increases occur before final payment.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include coverage for:

• Trip cancellation
• Trip interruption
• Medical emergencies
• Travel delays
• Lost luggage
