We carefully design every itinerary to provide the best possible Christmas experience; however, we reserve the right to adjust the schedule, driving routes, activities, or destinations due to circumstances beyond our control.<\/p>\n

Winter weather in Central Europe can be unpredictable. In the event of heavy snowfall, icy roads, or unsafe alpine driving conditions, we may modify planned routes and replace certain mountain drives with safer scenic alternatives or alternative Christmas market experiences.<\/p>\n

Our priority is always the\u00a0safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our guests<\/strong>\u00a0while still providing a memorable and authentic European Christmas experience.<\/p>\n

Booking & Cancellation Terms<\/h1>\n

A\u00a0\u20ac200 non-refundable deposit per person<\/strong>\u00a0is required to reserve your place.<\/p>\n

The remaining balance is due\u00a060 days before departure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Reservations made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

Accommodation Cancellation<\/h2>\n

The accommodation portion of your booking may be refunded up to\u00a014 days before arrival<\/strong>, less the non-refundable deposit.<\/p>\n

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the accommodation can be successfully rebooked.<\/p>\n

Private Van & Driver Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

As this is a small-group specialty tour, the cost of the private van and driver is divided equally between the six guests.<\/p>\n

When you reserve your place, a seat in the vehicle and the driver’s services are secured specifically for you.<\/p>\n

If you cancel and your seat cannot be filled by another guest, the\u00a0transportation\/driver portion of your payment is non-refundable<\/strong>, as these costs remain committed to the group.<\/p>\n

Any PayPal or payment processing fees are also non-refundable.<\/p>\n

If your space is successfully filled by another paying guest, eligible refunds will be issued less the non-refundable deposit and payment processing fees.<\/p>\n

Tour pricing is based on current accommodation rates, fuel costs, transportation expenses, and exchange rates.<\/p>\n
